President
Michelle Williams

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education and a Master of Science degree in curriculum, instruction and technology. She is certified to teach grades 1-8 in both Texas and Louisiana. She is also licensed to lead schools, though the classroom is where her heart remains. While she has taught language arts, social studies, science and math, her specialty is closing math learning gaps and working with below grade level learners.

Throughout her career, Michelle has served in a variety of capacities. She has propelled students to new heights as a classroom teacher and has mentored new educators as a lead teacher and TAP mentor teacher and TAP master teacher. She’s also spearheaded the direction of instructional strategies at her schools as an instructional coach and department chair.

Secretary
Victor McNeely

Victor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Southern University A&M College and in pursuit of a Masters in Educational Leadership.

He is certified to teach grades 1-6 in both Texas and Louisiana. He is also serves as a lead teacher. During his tenure, Victor has worked closely with leadership to help with developing teaching strategies that would lead students to mastery of grade-level expectations.

Victor is intentional in supporting teachers and students whenever possible. In doing so, he has served in many roles at school and in professional associations. He continues to foster a genuine concern for all professionals in the education profession.
